The set includes two items: six rings with a diameter of 80 mm, made from durable thermoplastic composite material, suitable for baking up to 180°C, and a silicone base with 6 cavities, each 67 mm in diameter, to create mousses or creams that will be placed on tart dough. The rings are non-stick and stainless steel, providing even baking and characterized by high thermal stability.
They can be used in the oven and freezer but should not come into contact with open flames or be used in a microwave. The silicone base withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, while the ring withstands temperatures from -30°C to +180°C. For maintenance, please do not use them over open flames or clean them with highly concentrated detergents.
