The De Buyer CHOC FORATA baking tray is rectangular and perforated, with a micro-perforated surface that helps hot air circulate and ensures even baking. It is made of aluminum with a PFOA-free CHOC 5 non-stick coating, while the sloped edges make it easier to handle and release baked goods. It is suitable for tart bases, doughs, cakes, pies, cookies and puff pastry.

The non-stick coating makes it easier to remove baked goods and reduces the need for parchment paper in many applications. It is not suitable for very runny or semi-liquid mixtures due to its perforated surface. Hand-wash with a soft sponge. It is not dishwasher-safe and should not be preheated empty or used with metal utensils.
