The MGL250 HMS is made of 100% carbonated magnesium, also known as magnesium carbonate. Magnesium carbonate prevents sweating of the hands and increases friction, thus ensuring a stronger and safer grip. It is used in gyms where sweaty hands can compromise the safety of the user. Thanks to this, when using dumbbells or bars, you don’t have to worry about the slipperiness of the equipment.

The MGL250 is a liquid chalk and is very easy to use—just apply it to your hands and wait for it to dry, which takes a short time. Its advantage over block or powdered chalk is that it leaves no residue and does not dirty the surrounding equipment.
