This series of powders from VAN d'EYCK consists of 11 phosphorescent powders with unique sparkling shades, ideal for mixing with any base you desire. Suitable for painting on liquid glass for hobbyists, mixing with linseed oil to create oil paint, or with watercolormedium for watercolors.

They are pure, high-quality pigments with very fine powder particles that dissolve immediately and effortlessly during mixing.
