For me, who had the first one, this one is equally fantastic. Fast and efficient, just make sure not to take more than 3cm of hair in each pass for it to work properly. Very good purchase!

Where should I start? Those of you who had the second steam with the separate bowl for water will understand how useless this thing is! It has nothing to do with the old one! First of all, it doesn't even produce the same steam! It takes a long time to do all the hair and of course, the curl doesn't last! It falls immediately! Shine 0... I wish I had bought a simple private one for €40. It would have done the same. Also, it's heavy. No improvement at all. L'Oréal, you have completely disappointed me! I am so frustrated! I just threw away €320... I bought it as an upgrade and in the end, let me tell you what I got!

It truly provides long-lasting perfect straightening. Also, my hair is now very soft because it is not being damaged, but definitely also due to the heat protection products.
It is not suitable for curls, of course. They do not hold at all. It is purely and only for straightening, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Of course, before starting the styling, I use the steampod heat protectant for extra protection and it also makes my hair very soft. It doesn't damage the hair and, on the contrary, with the help of steam, it smooths and protects them!
