This manuscript was completed in 2007, and the printing took place four years later, in 2011, making it my first published book.

Initially, the study was intended to be submitted as a dissertation for a professorship appointment, given that the reckless legal framework of 1982, along with the erroneous abolition of the professorial chairs, abolished the privileges associated with the appointment, but the institution itself remained.

However, the subsequent short-lived law of 2011, known as the Diamantopoulou Law, also abolished the entire process related to professorships. Therefore, when the book was published and I had received approval to submit it, this was no longer possible due to the abolition of the institution.

Nevertheless, the book was extensively circulated, adequately disseminated, and widely distributed to many universities as a teaching manual. It was also recommended at a postgraduate level and is listed among specialized scholarly works.
