The grape harvest takes place at night to maintain their freshness. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo either cold pressing or gentle fermentation, so as to retain all the natural benefits of a classic wine, such as polyphenols, tannins, vitamins, and minerals.

Through controlled dealcoholization, the series retains all its aromatic richness and finesse, making Pierre Zéro accessible for shared enjoyment without restrictions.
