The MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller is a wireless motion detector designed for outdoor areas, remote facilities, warehouses, and industrial spaces, but also suitable for offices and residences. It can be installed at a height of 2–4 meters, covering an extensive area without blind spots, while the built-in camera allows for quick assessment of the situation in the protected area.

Dual Detection Technology

The device features dual motion detection technology with two PIR sensors and a K-band microwave sensor. The SmartDetect algorithm and LISA analysis filter out false alarms, such as branch movement or thermal fluctuations. The metal rotating bracket allows flexible adjustment of the viewing angle, while the hood protects the sensors from rain and snow.

Photographic Confirmation

The camera provides photographic confirmation through different types: photo on alarm, on scenario, on schedule, on arming/disarming, and on demand. It supports resolution up to 640 × 480 px, a horizontal field of 115° and vertical 84°, with HDR and IR backlight for clear photos in all lighting conditions. The photo series include 1–5 images for 320 × 240 px and 1–3 images for 640 × 480 px.

Multi-level Tamper Protection

The device features multi-level tamper protection, anti-masking, detachment notifications, a magnetometer for tilt or movement monitoring, and a tamper alarm. Communication is carried out via the secure Jeweller and Wings protocols with two-way transmission, encryption, and frequency hopping for interference protection.

Easy Installation

The installation is simple with a QR code, SmartBracket, and a rotating mount, and it can operate with pre-installed 6 × CR123A batteries for up to 3 years or with an external 12–24 V⎓ power supply. The device operates at temperatures from −25°C to +60°C, with humidity up to 95% and IP55 protection.
