    Okay... they are a bit tight because they have a special rubber-membrane on half the lower part of the tongue for waterproof security and the GORE TEX. I've had them for about a month, and I started fast walking 1-2-3-4 kilometers, I don't know if there is anything better!!! I just can't run for years now, but for walking they are fantastic!!! then I take them off. For size I wear 42.5, I got 43 1/3, you definitely need one size up. If you have a way to try them on before, it would be good...
    (walking 4 kilometers in 50 minutes 6,150 steps)...
    I RECOMMEND THEM!!! !!! !!!
    If you are lucky enough to find them on sale in your size.-
    ATTENTION, put on BOTH first and then stand up... either in the store or at home...

    Pay a little attention to the size, they have a narrow fit. Not so much in length but in the width of the sole. I would recommend half a size to one size up and it’s a good idea to walk in them at home for about half an hour before cutting off the tags to check the fit.
