The Alpinestars Tech-Air 3 V2 is the lightest autonomous airbag system designed for everyday use, ideal for touring, commuting, and light off-road motorcycle rides. It can be worn either over or under the motorcycle jacket, providing comprehensive body protection without compromising comfort and functionality.

The Tech-Air 3 V2 features six integrated sensors (3 accelerometers and 3 gyroscopes) that operate with an AI algorithm trained with millions of kilometers of data and real crashes, allowing it to detect an imminent collision and inflate the airbag within just 50 ms, offering protection against the initial impact.

The system is autonomous and features durable water-resistant outer fabric and a waterproof ECU unit. Its minimalist, packable design allows for easy storage.

In case of a collision, the airbag covers the entire chest and back, reducing up to 95% of the impact energy transferred to the rider. It holds multi-level CE certification, PPE Category II, with protection performance Level 2 (full chest & back) according to standards EN1621-4:2013 and EN17092-6:2020.

Complementary features include a pocket for UV glasses, a glove loop, stretch side panels for comfort and extra inflation space, internal pockets, a slot and support for a back protector, and an LED system status indicator for on-the-move monitoring.
