I bought it because I like SAMSUNG as a company. I immediately realized that its buttons are confusing. Simply, its use is complicated. Secondly, it is noisy. Thirdly, its metal sheets are thin and bend, which is discouraging. Fourth and most importantly, the quality of the paint is terrible. On the outer corners it peels off and the inside part of the door has started to rot. It's strange, it rots in a specific spot. I would not buy SAMSUNG again and I am in the process of finding something else. What a pity.

I am very satisfied with the Samsung GE83X/BOL. It has a beautiful design and colors that I believe make it suitable for most kitchens and a device that you want to showcase rather than hide in a corner like other microwaves. The menu is simple but offers you many automatic programs depending on what you want to heat, defrost, or cook, as well as manual settings. It is easy to clean and maintain. I highly recommend it!

The construction quality is good. The downside for me is its difficult handling combined with the noise it makes. The noise it makes when the food is ready is annoying, and if you don't open the door immediately, it continues to beep on its own as a notification until you take it out.

It was purchased at the end of 2018 and worked satisfactorily for 2 and a half years. A few months after the warranty expired, the control buttons got stuck and it displayed an SE error. Its usage was moderate, by one person, not a family.
The dealership asked me for €89 just for the replacement (a sticker film with buttons)!!!!! €89 for a sticker, when the whole microwave costs €90-100. And now it's useless

I have been using it every day for 3 years without any problems. I tried the grill once and I was not satisfied because it took a long time and the result was not what I expected.
A downside is that it does not have a backlit keyboard. Other than that, it is user-friendly and its ceramic interior helps with cleaning.

Very satisfied with both the product and the company.

I come back after a year of daily use, a thousand times a day, warming up, defrosting, cooking, freezing ready-made meals, it defrosts and cooks them without drying them out in 11 minutes, it cooks refrigerated food in 5 minutes. Durability so far commendable, if I have to mention a downside, after such crazy use twice a year, I had to put baking soda to get rid of accumulated odors. Great capacity. It is definitely a gem in the kitchen, I have it in black color.

I haven't had it for many days, but for a defrosting that I used it for, it was very effective. It has many functions, it takes time to learn them. The manual could be a little better. Overall, I am satisfied.

1 year now it's OK.

4 years of excellent operation and a jewel in the kitchen.

Good oven. The reason I give it 3 stars is because after 30 uses, the buttons (which we pressed multiple times) on the dial got distorted and look terrible in black.

I am a practical person, but if the buttons become so bad so quickly...

It is difficult to use and the quality does not justify the price. The defrosting function does not work properly. However, there is no problem with heating, as it is fast and satisfactory.

The door is a mirror. It does its job very well. It is easy to clean due to its ceramic interior.

I recently bought the Samsung GE-83X/BOL microwave oven. It looks very advanced but it has some disadvantages that are noticeable. Its sheet metal is like aluminum foil. You touch it and it moves. Shameful! From light... to darkness. Recommendation: Do not choose an oven with a black interior. You will regret it. And the light doesn't help at all to fix the problem. In terms of power and heating times, it is comparable to a no-name brand that I had for 20 years and replaced. So I didn't see anything more. Otherwise, I wouldn't call it bad, but I imagined it to be more advanced. It makes a lot of noise for nothing in terms of handling. Those with rotary switches are better.

Very well made interior material (ceramic), cleans easily, does not leave any odors. All functions are simple and you achieve the best result in the least amount of time. It's worth its money.

I have had it for almost two weeks and so far I am quite satisfied! Its space is quite large and its lighting is sufficient. Its design is pre-advanced. There is a small difficulty in learning all its functions, but once you do, it's a piece of cake. Automated programs with just one button. It has a clock on the top right and comes with a small rack in addition to the classic plate. I believe it is worth its money, although the many watts it offers may only be needed once or twice a month. Finally, excellent in defrosting.

I have it for 2 months and it is perfect, convenient and with a large space. I can make various things on the grill, even sausages and pies. I recommend it, you will be satisfied.

Coming back with a new comment after 2.5 years, it gave me a problem with the touch screen. It randomly shows that the grill button was pressed, even though I have only used it twice so far. And then it gets stuck and doesn't let me do anything, some button is stuck and it doesn't allow anything to be done, like the energy-saving function, and even when it gets unstuck, it still doesn't work properly.

I use it almost every day. Awesome design and many functions. It takes a little time to learn, but once someone gets familiar with the automated programs, it becomes very handy. Clear screen and sufficient capacity.
