The ceramic water filter is a combination of a ceramic filter and a solid activated carbon filter. The exterior consists of ceramic material with a permeability of 0.5 microns, into which silver has been infused, and the interior contains solid activated carbon.

The water is filtered in 3 stages:

• 1st stage: Prefilter with a porous outer surface. Ceramic material that filters out all particles larger than 0.3 microns in diameter.
• 2nd stage: The infusion of silver on the outer ceramic surface of the filter helps combat the growth of bacteria.
• 3rd stage: Solid activated carbon that filters chlorine, petroleum derivatives, phenols, heavy metals, organic and volatile compounds, unpleasant taste and odor from the water.
