Excellent lens, sharp, good OIS, I don't think it reaches the advertised 5 stops but in any case it's a plus, a premium lens in any case and so far I haven't noticed any issues with the shots (fuzziness, AF hunting, etc).
Waterproof and recently tested in adverse weather conditions, on an X-T4.
Negatives in my opinion:
1. The weight, considering that someone consciously buys this lens, knowing its characteristics and the amount of time they will use it.
2. The truly impractical lens hood included in the package, which 99% of people will struggle with until they screw it on correctly.
3. The bracket is not compatible with Arca Swiss plates (personally, I didn't know this and had to buy a 3rd party one from abroad (iShoot XF514), although after the fact I realized that it was easier to mount between the qr plate & arca, so I preferred that as the final solution.
The cost is purely subjective although not at all indifferent since it's a €1000+ lens, but I believe that the potential buyer will choose it consciously and based on their needs.
I should note that I tested a friend's x2 teleconverter on the lens (for anyone considering it) and it didn't leave a good impression.
PS: I forgot to mention that it has an acceptable level of distortion (I noticed it in parallel lines - railings/fences), but so far it hasn't bothered me much, it can be easily corrected during photo editing.
