The Non-Commissioned Officers and Operator of the Revolutionary Alliance packaging allows players to create two customized characters of the Revolutionary Alliance, who can be used either as Commanders or as Operational units when forming their armies.

This set includes over 20 optional parts, which players can choose from when building their miniatures, offering a wide range of personal customization for each character. Players also customize the abilities of the Non-Commissioned Officer and Operator of the Revolutionary Alliance during gameplay using the 9 unique upgrade cards included in this expansion. Each of these unique upgrades significantly changes the role on the battlefield, the abilities, and the collaborations that the character brings to the army.
