Due to its open type, periodic inspection and/or maintenance is required. Every two months, the fluid level should be checked and must not fall below the minimum mark on any of the battery cells. Refilling is done exclusively with deionized water. During periods of inactivity, periodic charging will help optimize its lifespan.
The battery is not activated by the factory. The package includes the electrolyte in a container for initial filling. The activation process takes place upon receipt.
