Periodic inspection and/or maintenance is required due to the battery's open type. The fluid level should be checked every two months and must not fall below the minimum mark. Refilling is done exclusively with deionized water. During periods of inactivity, it is recommended to perform periodic charging to optimize the battery's lifespan.
The battery is not activated at the factory and includes an electrolyte in a container for the initial filling. Activation takes place upon receipt from the store.
