Instructions for use:

• Fill the bottom part of the briki with water, install the filter, and then fill it with medium ground coffee.
• Press the coffee down, but not excessively.
• Connect the two parts of the briki, ensuring that the filter and rubber seal are properly secured for a perfect seal.
• Place the briki on the stove for heating.
• As the temperature rises, the water in the bottom container will rise through the fine filter containing the ground coffee, passing through the collection tube and reaching directly into the coffee collection container.
