Elderflower gives it an aromatic, floral taste, while fermentation creates natural carbonation and preserves live probiotic cultures. It is organic and vegan, with no sugar, gluten, lactose or alcohol.

The drink is neither pasteurised nor filtered. Serve chilled. When unopened, it can be stored unrefrigerated for up to 18 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume the same day. Open carefully, as the natural carbonation may create pressure.
