The MapeBand Easy sealing tape by Mapei, with dimensions 20x12cm, is used for sealing external corners.
It consists of a core of elastic rubber impermeable to water and vapors, coated on both sides with polypropylene non-woven fabric resistant to alkalis. It is elastic and flexible, withstanding elongation of 300% before breaking. It features perforations along the edges to facilitate coverage with the chosen sealant, preferably products from the Mapelastic, Monolastic, Mapegum WPS series or products from the Aquaflex Roof series.
It can seal corners between walls and floors, in indoor and outdoor spaces, such as terraces, balconies, bathrooms, etc.
