The "Highway Code" from the "Contemporary Legislation" series is updated with the new Highway Code passed under Law 5209/2025 (Government Gazette A΄ 100/13.06.2025).

In addition to the Highway Code, this volume includes Presidential Decree 51/2012 "Adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 20, 2006, as amended by Directives 2008/65/EC of the Commission of June 27, 2008, 2009/113/EC of the Commission of August 25, 2009, and 2011/94/EU of the Commission of November 28, 2011," as well as the provisions of Law 4625/2019 concerning regulations on theoretical examination procedures and eligibility and conduct tests for driving exam candidates and drivers.
