Dr. Brown's Prevent pacifiers have silicone nipples with special crystals that absorb light and emit it in the dark. Daylight recharges them, making them easier to find at night.

The silicone is flexible and resistant to extreme temperatures. Before first use and at regular intervals, place the pacifiers in boiling water for 5 minutes or sterilize them. If water gets inside the nipple, remove it by gently squeezing it. In the meantime, rinse the pacifiers frequently under running water.
