Luthier transports players to the height of classical music in Western Europe, where the art of instrument-making is equally honored by experienced craftsmen, noble patrons, soloists, and famous composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven.

Using a new, unique combined approach of hidden bidding and worker placement, players manage resources to build various musical instruments in their workshop, simultaneously engaging with real historical patrons through a constantly changing personal action board and bonuses.

Each player chooses how to balance skill development in multiple areas, unlocking specialized worker abilities and other bonuses.
