The Bormioli Rocco Quattro Stagioni glass jar is suitable for storing jams, sauces, pickles and fruit in syrup. It can be used for vacuum-sealing food and for cooking in a bain-marie.

Without the lid, it can be used in the microwave, with a maximum temperature difference of 42°C. It is not suitable for conventional ovens or electric and induction cooktops. The jar is dishwasher-safe, while the lid should be hand-washed without detergent. A new lid is required for each new vacuum-sealing preparation.
