    This product makes no sense. The creatine content of 3 g per serving is low; 5 g is the recommended daily dose. However, if you also want a second serving of protein on the same day, then the creatine dose becomes higher than it should be. It is neither more convenient nor more economical to mix creatine with protein in the same product. The worst thing is that Iso Whey Zero without creatine no longer seems to be available for sale on Skroutz, as if it has been replaced by this pointless product. It is much better to buy creatine and protein separately for better dosage control.
