After draining your hair, take an amount about the size of two walnuts and apply it mainly from the mid-lengths to the ends. A gentle massage will help the mask's absorption. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes for optimal results, and if you want even better hydration, wrap your hair with a warm towel.
