This collaborative and comprehensive work titled “State Aid Law” aims to make the technically complex and dynamically evolving subject of state aid understandable and practical for researchers and practitioners of the law.

The content is organized into two parts:

The general part, analyzing the structure and operation of Community rules, procedures, and legal protection (at both the EU and national levels);

The specific part, dedicated to various aid schemes (public utility services, regional aid, environmental aid, energy aid, State Aid Court (EAK), rescue–restructuring, tax incentives, agricultural aid, transportation, shipbuilding, SMEs, and the financial sector).

Its originality lies in the combination of interpretation with ad hoc judicial examples, critical analysis, and proposed solutions. An essential tool for both theory and practice.
