The adjustable Kidizi sleeping bag is designed with two main purposes in mind: to maximize its usage period and to provide comfort and safety for children during sleep.
To achieve these goals, two adjustable features have been incorporated into the design of this sleeping bag:
- Buttons under the armpits that, when closed, prevent the baby from slipping down
- Buttons on the back of the sleeping bag, which limit its length
Both features are useful for smaller babies, especially during the first 6-8 months of life. The role of the buttons is to adjust the size of the sleeping bag so that a smaller baby cannot slip inside (restricted both at the armpits and the feet). When the baby grows, the buttons remain open and they can enjoy the same familiar sleeping bag with the freedom of movement that adjusts to their height.
To fit perfectly to the child’s size as they grow, the sleeping bag is equipped with buttons on the back exterior as well as under the armpits, allowing for long-term use. Depending on the child’s age and needs, these buttons can be adjusted so the sleeping bag remains in a comfortable and safe position. The smaller the child, the more the buttons remain closed, and as the child grows, the buttons open to ensure the necessary freedom of movement.
Made from 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton, both inside and out, and lined with soft hypoallergenic padding that keeps your little one warm when room temperature ranges from 18 to 23 degrees Celsius, the sleeping bag is extremely pleasant to the touch, offering a gentle sensation to the child’s sensitive skin.
A distinctive detail of this sleeping bag is the placement of the zipper, which makes dressing/undressing easier and provides access to the diaper without disturbing the child while sleeping on their stomach or side. The zipper is 150 cm long and is equipped with a double mechanism to facilitate night-time diaper access without disrupting your child’s sleep. The zipper ends diagonally at chest level, offering a practical and easy opening for dressing or unfolding the baby.
To ensure comfort and safety for your child, the sleeping bag features zipper protection at both the top and base of the neck, preventing any discomfort or irritation.
This type of sleeping bag is available from Kidizi in both 1 tog and 0.5 tog options.

Note: In the first 8 weeks of life, the baby exhibits thermal immaturity and is not able to regulate its basic temperature without extra effort, making them more sensitive to temperature changes. The ideal room temperature for the baby ranges from 21 to 24 degrees Celsius. Overheating the baby with unsuitable clothing for the ambient temperature increases the risk of SIDS.
