TMG-Betaine (Trimethylglycine) is an amino acid derivative found in plants, including foods such as broccoli, spinach, and sugar beets. 

As a supplement, it is said to improve the prevention of chronic diseases, as well as help maintain the health of the liver, heart, and kidneys. It is also used in combination with NMN and resveratrol for enhanced anti-aging effects.
