Vitamin D3 by Mattisson contains 75 mcg of vitamin D3 per capsule. It contributes to the absorption of calcium, the normal function of the immune system and muscles, and plays an important role in the process of cellular division.

Vitamin D3 is mainly found in fatty fish and can be produced in the skin through exposure to sunlight. In areas with limited sunshine, deficiency may occur.
