You buy a helmet based on how well it fits your head. Having previously owned a Shoei Neotec and a Schuberth C3, this one fit me perfectly. The build quality of all three helmets is high, but the RPHA 91 has more advantages, such as a better field of vision—the Shoei restricted it a lot. It’s quieter than the others and comfortable, especially the full-carbon version.

On the plus side, good-quality materials inside, very good ventilation, and a very good internal sun visor. You don't feel its weight when wearing it; in size small, it's 1,700 g. It's a quiet helmet. Unfortunately, the third time I wore it, without dropping it or hitting it against anything, the plastic clip on the inside of the chin broke. This is what keeps the helmet open, so it can no longer stay open and closes immediately. This particular clip feels very flimsy in its construction and mounting, so it's no surprise this happened. I hope it doesn't happen to others too. Also, when I went to fit the Pinlock—even though I’ve done this several times with other helmets I owned and was careful—one of the visor clips broke. The visor locking mechanism is a joke for a €500 helmet. In my opinion, it’s absolutely not worth the money it costs.
