The pastry mold features a non-stick silicone coating without PFOA, providing excellent food release with very little to no oil. The high-density reinforced carbon steel ensures superior heat conductivity for uniform browning, without hotspots. Additionally, the lightweight cookware won't warp, bend, or deform.
This mold does not cause over-browning of baked goods like most dark metal pans and features wide rims with heat-resistant silicone handles that make it easy to carry the pans in and out of the oven. It is oven-safe up to 240°C and should be hand-washed with warm soapy water.
