Stay away!! As soon as I read the amino acid table on the back of the protein, it was already too late. They have put almost 20 grams of glycine in the serving to boost the protein grams, which is a useless amino acid for building mass, and instead it is the poorest protein I have seen in BCAA, which are the most essential amino acids for building muscle mass. As soon as I drank it, it upset my stomach. We’re talking about wasted money, a huge SCAM.

For me it is very sweet, I don't say this as a negative because it is a personal opinion as I don't like very sweet flavors, otherwise as with the other proteins I have tried I don't notice any differences
