The protagonists have chemistry with each other and their dialogues are absolutely delightful. Lowe is a treat while Misery will surprise you with her dynamism and humor.
I recommend it to anyone looking for something smart and interesting to relax with and to those who were avid Twilight readers.
P.S. The book can be read as a standalone, however, the second in the series, “Mate,” has characters and dialogues that rely on the plot of the first book, so I don’t recommend reading it on its own.

Μια βρικόλακας, ένας λυκάνθρωπος και ένας λευκός γάμος συμφερόντων. Οι δύο εχθρικές φυλές πρέπει να βρουν ειρήνη μεταξύ τους και ο συνδετικός τους κρίκος δεν θα είναι άλλος από την Μίζερι που θα γίνει η Νύφη του Λύκου για τα μάτια μιας ειρηνικής συνθήκης.
Ομως μήπως η Μιζερι έχει τα δικά της συμφέροντα σε αυτήν την ιστορία και μήπως τελικά αυτός ο Λύκος είναι περισσότερο ελκυστικός απ όσο θα έπρεπε για να γούστα της;
Μια προκλητική μίξη των δυο αιώνιων αντίπαλων φυλών - βρικόλακων και λυακανθρώπων- που θα σε κάνει να δεις τα πράγματα εντελώς αλλιώς και να ζήσεις κωμικοτραγικές καταστάσεις και συγγηρίες.
Το βιβλίο αυτό είναι σκέτη απόλαυση και σου υπόσχομαι θα περάσεις τέλεια από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος.
Το χιούμορ της Ali είναι μοναδικό και η κωμική ωμότητα που αποδίδει τις περισσότερες φορές στις σκηνές θα σε κάνουν να εθιστείς στον τρόπο γραφή της και να ζητάς κι άλλο, κι άλλο….
Η πλοκή έχει αρκετό ενδιαφέρον και σε κρατάει από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος χωρίς να κάνει κοιλιά. Εχει και το μικρό plot twist του που θα σε ανταμείψει στο τέλος οπότε φιλενάδα όπως κατάλαβες μιλάμε για ένα βιβλίο που τα έχει όλα λίγο πολύ.
Οι πρωταγωνιστές έχουν χημεία μεταξύ τους και οι διάλογοι τους είναι άκρως απολαυστικοί. Ο Λόου είναι σκέτη ενώ η Μίζερι θα σε εκπλήξει με τον δυναμισμό και το χιούμορ της.
Το προτείνω σε όσους ψάχνουν κάτι έξυπνο και ενδιαφέρον για να χαλαρώσουν και σε όσους διάβαζαν φανατικά Twilight.
Υ.Γ Το βιβλίο μπορεί να διαβαστεί αυτοτελές, ωστόσο το δεύτερο της σειράς, «Mate» έχει χαρακτήρες και διαλόγους που στηρίζονται στην πλοκή του πρώτου βιβλίου οπότε δεν προτείνω να διαβαστεί μεμονωμένο.

So, we have a wonderful little book, in English which I hope will be translated, by my beloved Ali Hazelwood which I read while I was sick in the summer and it literally made me lose myself in its world!
Misery is a Vampire who doesn't belong anywhere, she has sacrificed a lot for her people and now she has to accept another sacrifice: to become the bride of the Alpha Werewolf as a diplomatic act of peace between their peoples who are at war and in tension, but for her own reasons. Lowe, the alpha male of his pack, must agree to this marriage so he can establish himself after his recent rise to alpha.
? We have forced proximity, fake marriage, wonderful found family, cozy & humorous characters and sexy and daring protagonists who can't take their eyes off each other.
? Spicy, paranormal, political issues, werewolf x vampire, fated mates and a wonderful plot that keeps you hooked!
? Surprising, hot, funny, incredibly well-written to the point that you think about it all day.
Conclusion: I loved it deeply! It truly deserves all 5 stars! YOU MUST READ IT!

Έχουμε λοιπόν ένα υπέροχο βιβλιαρακι, στα αγγλικά που ελπίζω να μεταφραστεί, από την υπεραγαπημενη μου Ali Hazelwood το οποίο διάβασα ενώ ήμουν άρρωστη καλοκαιριατικα και με έκανε να χαθώ κυριολεκτικά στο κόσμο του!
Η Misery είναι μια Vampire που δεν ανήκει πουθενά, έχει θυσιάσει πολλά για το λαό της και πρέπει να δεχτεί άλλη μια θυσία: να γίνει η νύφη του Alpha Warewolf ως διπλωματική πράξη ειρήνης μεταξύ των λαών τους που είναι σε πόλεμο και εντάσεις αλλά για τους δικούς της λόγους. Ο Lowe, alpha male του pack του πρέπει να συμφωνήσει σ αυτό τον γάμο ώστε να μπορέσει να εδραιωθεί έπειτα από τη πρόσφατη ανάδειξη του σε alpha.
