Amazing value for money, exactly what we really needed.
We wanted it to monitor our kittens while we were away and to talk to them sometimes through the microphone so they would have some company.

It has very good sound and image quality, I would recommend it without hesitation.

I was between the C210 and the C220 and I chose the C220 for a 4€ difference because it also has pet motion detection and I read from other users that the C210 didn't have such good sound.

If you only use the TP-Link TAPO app, everything is fine. Great image, notifications, and features.
If you want it for Home Assistant, don't upgrade the firmware. It messes everything up and TP-Link doesn't provide solutions. If I don't find a solution, I might pack it up and return it.

Very good value for money. Coming from an older Xiaomi IP camera, I can say that the TP-Link Tapo app is much better than Xiaomi's. As for the camera itself, for under €30 it's the best branded option you can get. Good image quality (not perfect for 2K though), the rotation works smoothly and it also accepts a memory card (personally I have installed a 128GB card and it records in 2K resolution for about 20 days continuously). Note that to fully utilize it remotely, you need a good Internet connection speed (ideally 100Mbps or higher). I will definitely buy a second one if needed for another space.

I don't have experience with other cameras but I am not particularly satisfied with its response to pan & tilt and once it disconnected and it was a real hassle to reconnect it. The image is ok. I've had it for a month.

it only has an app for mobile phones.
if you want to view it on a computer, you either have to see it through NAS or DVR, or you can download an android emulator like Bluestacks and install its app there.

The speech and overall communication through the camera are very decent, as is the image. It absolutely justifies the money it costs. I emphasize the last sentence because you shouldn't expect perfect clarity and image quality when zooming or crystal-clear sound without interference and feedback from a camera that costs up to €30 max. I always evaluate my purchases based on the price of the product. I would be much stricter and would deduct 1 or 2 stars if, for example, the same camera cost €60. Based on this rule, the purchase of this particular camera is value for money.

Very good with quite good clarity. It might perform better if mounted with screws on the ceiling. Also, a slight downside is the sound, it is not very clear, as if there are interferences, like white noise. However, nothing discouraging to prevent you from buying it at this price. I am generally satisfied.

I have had this particular camera for about a month and coming from a similar Xiaomi, I can say that I am absolutely satisfied with this one. Apart from the easy installation and the user-friendly app, I am very impressed with the night recording, as with the corresponding Xiaomi I couldn't see anything.

I had Xiaomi, unreliable connection and at some point it became impossible. The Tapo hasn't let me down and it's value for money.

Already having the c100, I expected much more. The image is only slightly better than the c100, but the worst part is that I have it right above the router and it lags incredibly, and to avoid lag it drops you from 2k quality to 360p, without having an intermediate option.
Disappointment, I hope it's a version issue and that it will be fixed with an update.

Very good camera, we got it to watch the baby, and it works perfectly for that job but also to have it monitor a room in the house

4 stars because it does not give the option to recognize the faces of the household and not send a notification every time we move inside the house.

One click better than the C210 (I have that one too), slightly better image, better detection of sounds, faces, pets.

It has a microphone so you can listen and a speaker if you want to talk to the area where the camera is. The microphone does not have good sound to hear clearly.

4 stars because if the camera and the phone or tablet are not on the same wifi, you have to keep pressing every 2 minutes since the live streaming stops.

Good picture and sound! The only thing I will say so you don't waste time like we did is to check how it connects to a specific channel on the wifi, so talk to your internet provider to help you! And the app is very nice too

It is a classic camera.
I got it because I have the TAPO app and the connection with other things. Otherwise, I would look for something cheaper with the same features.

Good, but... it definitely needs an SD card to keep history, unlike the similar Xiaomi one I have which keeps free cloud history for up to 3 days.
Also, even with a card, video playback is laggy. And I didn't use a cheap card...

Very good software with many parameters and uses.
