Complete product, as shown in the photos, with an 800ml bottle of liquid content. It includes 6 sandpapers: 180, 240, 360, 600, 800, and 1200 in sheet form, approximately A4 size. It’s like getting them in double. Of course, I don’t think the 180, 240, and 360 are needed for headlights, maybe for something else that requires deep sanding. There is also wet sandpaper in sponge form for the final sanding, before applying the polycarbonate liquid. The case is certainly not heavy-duty, but it is beautiful and fully organized and functional for storing the product when not in use.
