Mercola 4234 construction adhesive is a white adhesive in a tube, made with hybrid modified silane resins using HYBRID - SMP technology. It is a one-component adhesive that cures on contact with moisture. It is used for bonding in construction, industrial and shipbuilding applications, as well as for bonding different surfaces and sealing gaps, cracks and joints.
It can be applied without a primer, even to damp surfaces, and adheres to glass, wood, metal, aluminium, mirrors, concrete, stone, marble, PVC, ABS and polycarbonate. It remains flexible, absorbs vibrations and can be painted over with most paints. It is not recommended for bonding PE, PP, PTFE, PC, PMMA, soft plastics, neoprene or bituminous materials, for permanent immersion in chlorinated water, or for contact with food.
