The Kmt Tools sanding sponge has a flexible foam core and an aluminium oxide abrasive. With a P150 grit, it is used for dry, manual sanding of wood, filler and painted surfaces, as well as for preparing them before painting or finishing. It conforms to flat and slightly curved surfaces, making it easier to control pressure while sanding.
