The Dark Power 14 1000W is an ATX 3.1 power supply and features native integration of the 12V-2x6 connector for next-generation PCIe 5.1 graphics cards and 4 PCIe 6+2 pin connectors for current generation GPU support. This makes the power supply extremely versatile and ideal for current and future high-tech systems.

Effortless switching between active and semi-passive cooling

A button on the back of the power supply allows you to switch between a balanced active cooling mode, where the Silent Wings fan spins continuously, or a semi-passive mode, where the fan does not spin under low load and only starts when additional cooling is required for more demanding operations. A post-ventilation setting keeps the fan spinning after shutdown for a short period of 2-5 minutes, to prevent frequent and noisy starts and stops.

Cooler and Noise

A large heatsink is connected to the parts of the power supply that require the most cooling and dissipates a significant amount of heat. Although a high-efficiency Titanium power supply does not produce much heat, active cooling is required to avoid overheating issues under high load.
