The fact that it is one size is very convenient because you don't need to measure your head to get the right size. The spots where you put the badges are of good quality so there is no chance that while wearing it, the badge will fall off at some point. And it can be worn when doing some work under the sun or even as a daily wear if you get another color and not camo like I got.
