Monto thinner is a black, matte heat-resistant coating for metal surfaces, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It withstands continuous temperatures of up to 400 °C and changes from an organic to a mineral structure at 300 °C. It forms a film without cracking or blistering.
Apply with a brush, roller or spray gun. Use nitro thinner for dilution and cleaning. For spray-gun application, dilute by 5–10%. The surface must be clean and dry, free of foreign materials, grease and dust. Do not apply to hot or overheated surfaces, in intense sunlight or at a relative humidity above 80%. Ensure good ventilation while drying and wait at least 5 days before exposing the coating to direct flame.
