The Petzl TIKKA CORE headlamp offers brightness of up to 450 lm and a maximum range of 75 m. It features three white-light modes for close-range or more focused illumination, as well as red light with two diffusion levels to preserve night vision. It is operated with a single button.

It uses HYBRID CONCEPT technology and runs on either the rechargeable CORE battery or 3 AAA batteries. The CORE battery is included and charges via USB, while AAA batteries are not included. The housing is IPX4-rated for protection against water splashes, and the elastic headband is adjustable for a secure fit.
