    Before the fire I was paying 64euro for a 10 kg, I am now paying 104 euro for 12kg (2x6kg) it is a huge difference. As someone with 2 dogs I find it hugely inconvenient to have to buy only online and such small portions, especially as you get no notice as to when they will deliver, they just turn up your house. It's a great product but I found other great alternatives when you were closed, that are more convenient to purchase and come in bigger quantities.

    I was looking forward to this company reopening because it was a food my dog enjoyed eating and the signs in his coat, stools, and energy were very positive. The quality seems to have remained unchanged.
    However, the almost 35% increase in price is quite disappointing, which essentially results from the reduction in the package weight. Additionally, with the previous 500g sub-packages, which no other company offered, the food was always fresh. This helped a lot so that my dog would eat it easily and I didn’t have to add anything.
    Unfortunately, the sub-packages changed to 1kg, so they stay open for more days, resulting in the loss of this advantage. This also affects my dog, who after a few days does not eat it as easily.
    Finally, you do not offer the option of pickup from a point (e.g. Skroutz Point), which makes it more difficult and increases the pickup time.
