Apply in the evening to clean, dry skin without makeup. Allow it to absorb for a few minutes before getting dressed. For a subtler result, rinse off after 2–3 hours; for a deeper result, leave on overnight and rinse off in the morning. Exfoliating the day before helps the tan last longer.
