Instructions for use:

• Wash your hands.
• Open the tampon wrapper by following the arrow instructions and pull down the bottom part of the wrapper.
• Press the tip of your index finger at the base of the tampon and then remove the rest of the wrapper.
• With your free hand, gently hold your labia apart. The vaginal opening is located between the urethra and the anus.
• Relax! Gently push the tampon as high and back as possible into the vaginal canal. If you feel resistance, you can slightly adjust the direction.
• If you can still feel the tampon, insert it a bit further. When the tampon is properly placed in the middle of your vagina, you will not feel it.
• Wash your hands again.
