Meta bitter orange essential oil is derived from the peel of Citrus Aurantium Amara fruit using cold pressing. It has a citrusy aroma with sweet and bitter notes.

For a bath, use 5–9 drops in 100 l of water at 36–37°C for 10–20 minutes. For massage, use 4 drops in 20 g (2 tablespoons) of carrier oil. It is photosensitizing, so avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after applying it to the skin.
