The Purewave PWRO5200PM reverse osmosis system purifies water through five filtration stages and a water pump, and is designed for installation under the kitchen counter. The stages include a sediment filter, two activated carbon filters, a 200 GPD TFC membrane, and a post-carbon filter. The stainless steel dispensing faucet can be installed on the counter or sink.

The sediment filter traps impurities, dust, particles, rust, soil, and silt. The activated carbon filters remove chlorine, pesticides, organic substances, and chemicals, while helping reduce unpleasant odors and tastes. The coconut-shell carbon block filter removes microparticles down to 0.6 microns and has a capacity of up to 35,000 liters. The membrane removes 95–99.9% of dissolved contaminants, chemicals, solids, metals, bacteria, and microorganisms, while the post-treatment filter removes odors and residual substances and improves the water’s pH, odor, and taste.
