Usage Instructions:

• Initial period:
  • Up to 13 kg: 1 chewable dose daily
  • 13 - 22 kg: 2 chewable doses daily
  • 18 - 45 kg: 4 chewable doses daily
  • 45 kg and above: 5 chewable doses daily
• Maintenance:
  • Up to 13 kg: 1 chewable dose every other day
  • 13 - 22 kg: 1 chewable dose daily
  • 18 - 45 kg: 2 chewable doses daily
  • 45 kg and above: 3 chewable doses daily

If giving more than 1 chewable dose daily, divide the doses between morning and afternoon.
