In Ticket to Ride: Northern Lights, the goal is to collect the most points. The game is easy to learn within 5 minutes and its flow is based on simple yet strategic moves:

1. Collecting Cards: Players collect train car cards of various colors.

2. Claiming Routes: Use the cards you have collected to claim land or sea routes on the map, placing your plastic trains and connecting the cities.

3. Destination Tickets: Try to complete the objectives listed on your Destination Tickets by connecting specific cities for extra points.

4. Bonus Cards: Pay attention to the 4 randomly selected common goal cards (Bonus cards). These change each game and can earn you valuable points at the end of the round if you meet their conditions.

Warning! If at the end of the game you have not completed the routes of the Destination Tickets you hold, those points are deducted from your score.
