I bought this particular product from Sklavenitis in January. While it had amazing performance and all the heads were great, even though I used the machine carefully, due to the heat, one of the plastic tooth-like parts of the large head broke (it was the head I used the most). I find it at least unacceptable for the product to break within 3 months, however, I had very good service from the company and I received a refund from the store where I bought it (after a written order from the company). Big disappointment as a product.

It worked fine when the parts weren't falling on your head... Also, the company has discontinued it so a proper replacement isn't even possible.

While the result was very good, within a month the components did not fit properly and would come off. I got a second one as a replacement and it had the same issue again. I would not recommend it.

I bought it from Sklavenitis at the price of €54 last week and I was amazed at how powerful it is and how quickly it dries hair. However, on the second use, the attachments would not stay in place and during use they would unclip and fall off, so it is impossible to do any styling. I tried all the attachments to make sure if only one was defective, but it seems the base has some problem after all. I will return it with the warranty hoping the next one will not have the same problem.

Very disappointed. After 2 days of use one button broke. After 2 weeks of use burned my hair completely. The accessory heads are falling down. The tempeture although it's on the 025 or 045.. its too hot doesn't get lower. The worst 80 euro I spent. For this kind of money you would think its a better quality but it's much worst from the Chinese ones. Don't recommend it at all.

In the end, if you have to go over your hair 2-3 times with this, it's better to just use the hairdryer and be done in one go.
As for the disadvantages, it is not rotating, it does not have ion protection. It doesn't heat up enough for the curl to last, and since I have very fine hair, it doesn't hold at all…
However, the styling is satisfactory

Stay away!!!!! Pure scam. They sell it as a professional product with 3 uses, within 20 days the parts fall off and don't fit. I have relatively straight hair. It doesn't style the ends of the hair well at all, especially the attachments that are brushes, resulting in the ends looking burnt. You try to grab the strand with the brush attachments and the hair goes here and there without being able to wrap it around them. And I bought it mostly for those 3 attachments/brushes. I was very disappointed.

I'm coming back after 6-7 uses. The attachments don't lock in place, so they fall off after 2-3 minutes of use. I contacted the store where I bought it and they told me to send it back and they would refund my money.

It is very good! I have long curly hair and it shaped my curls very nicely. It has many attachments and helps you make both straight and curly styles.
