I bought this particular product from Sklavenitis in January. While it had amazing performance and all the heads were great, even though I used the machine carefully, due to the heat, one of the plastic tooth-like parts of the large head broke (it was the head I used the most). I find it at least unacceptable for the product to break within 3 months, however, I had very good service from the company and I received a refund from the store where I bought it (after a written order from the company). Big disappointment as a product.

Ενώ είχε τρομερή απόδοση και όλες οι κεφαλές ήταν υπέροχες, παρότι έκανα προσεκτική χρήση του μηχανήματος, από τη θερμότητα έσπασε το ένα πλαστικό σαν δοντάκι της μεγάλης κεφαλής (ήταν η κεφαλή που χρησιμοποιούσα πιο πολύ). However, on the second use, the attachments would not stay in place and during use they would unclip and fall off, so it is impossible to do any styling. I tried all the attachments to make sure if only one was defective, but it seems the base has some problem after all. I will return it with the warranty hoping the next one will not have the same problem.

Δοκίμασα όλα τα εξαρτήματα ωστόσο για να σιγουρευτώ αν είναι ελαττωματικό μόνο το ένα, αλλά μάλλον τελικά έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα η βάση. In the end, if you have to go over your hair 2-3 times with this, it's better to just use the hairdryer and be done in one go.
As for the disadvantages, it is not rotating, it does not have ion protection. It doesn't heat up enough for the curl to last, and since I have very fine hair, it doesn't hold at all…
However, the styling is satisfactory

I have relatively straight hair. It doesn't style the ends of the hair well at all, especially the attachments that are brushes, resulting in the ends looking burnt. You try to grab the strand with the brush attachments and the hair goes here and there without being able to wrap it around them. And I bought it mostly for those 3 attachments/brushes. I was very disappointed.

I'm coming back after 6-7 uses. The attachments don't lock in place, so they fall off after 2-3 minutes of use. I contacted the store where I bought it and they told me to send it back and they would refund my money.
Έχω σχετικά ίσια μαλλια.Δεν ψήνει καθόλου καλά τις άκρες των μαλλιών ειδικά τα εξαρτήματα που είναι βουρτσες με αποτέλεσμα οι άκρες να φαίνονται σαν καμμένες. Προσπαθείς να πιάσεις την τούφα με τα εξάρτημα που είναι βούρτσες και τα μαλλιά πηγαίνουν από δω και από κει χωρίς να μπορείς να τα τυλίξεις γύρω από αυτά. Και το πήρα περισσότερο για αυτά τα 3 εξαρτήματα/βούρτσες. Απογοητεύτηκα πάρα πολυ.

Επανέρχομαι μετά από 6-7 φορές χρήση. Τα εξαρτήματα δεν κουμπωνουν με αποτέλεσμα να πέφτουν μετά από 2-3 λεπτά χρήσης. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα από οπου το αγόρασα και μου είπαν να το στείλω πίσω και να μου επιστρέψουν τα λεφτά.

Θα το επιστρέψω με την εγγύηση ελπίζοντας το επόμενο να μην έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα.
Very disappointed. After 2 days of use one button broke. After 2 weeks of use burned my hair completely. The accessory heads are falling down. The tempeture although it's on the 025 or 045.. its too hot doesn't get lower. The worst 80 euro I spent. For this kind of money you would think its a better quality but it's much worst from the Chinese ones. Don't recommend it at all.
